System Health Reporting:

Mobile Workflow

From IT managers to Owners Operators, anyone who deals with the health of their systems now has a unified place within Envysion to see a detailed list of devices and platform services. The following article will cover how the web applications workflow for System Health.

Note: Users need the EnVR Admin capability to be able to navigate to the System Health Reporting page.

Mobile Workflow

• On Home Page bottom navigation go to System Health to see all the site list notifications.
• From the site list user can scroll on the page or type in the search bar to find the sites they are looking for.

• User can also choose to filter and sort on different components from within a site using buttons on top part of the page. Following are avaibile filers and sorting options:

• After locating the site users want to investigate more into, they can click on the blue show more button on bottom part of the page to see more details.
• There is also an option to go to Site Camera view by clicking location pin icon next to site name if user wants to see camera recordings.

• From there, users can click on a few more detail options depending on the status of you you system health:
  • cameras button to see the full list of offline cameras
  • per camera button to see storage capacity details
  • impaired cameras to check each camera frame and adjust its reference image if needed
