Kitchen and Prep Area Camera View
The objective of capturing the kitchen and prep areas is to allow restaurants to monitor their kitchen area for both workplace and food safety violations. As a result, we expect clear coverage of work surfaces and a breadth of coverage of floor space, particularly around fryers and grills, where slips and falls can result in more severe injury.
