Troubleshooting:

Hikvision DVR or Envysion Bridge Not Powering On

Hikvision DVR

  1. Check the power cable of the Hikvision DVR to ensure it is connected to a good power source that is providing power, such as a Surge Protector, UPS Battery Backup, etc.
  2. Confirm the wall outlet and/or power source is providing good power.

    • You can use a phone charger to confirm.
  3. Toggle the power switch on the back of the Hikvision DVR, located next to the power cable.
  4. If the Hikvision DVR still does not power on, call 1-877-258-9441 option 1 or chat Envysion Support.
    • Inform the support representative of the steps you have taken.


Envysion Bridge

  1. Check the power cable of the Envysion Bridge to ensure it is connected to a good power source that is providing power, such as a Surge Protector, UPS Battery Backup, etc.
  2. Confirm the wall outlet and/or power source is providing good power.

    • You can use a phone charger to confirm.
  3. Press the power button.
  4. If the Envysion Bridge still does not power on, call 1-877-258-9441 option 1 or chat Envysion Support.

    • Inform the support representative the steps you have taken.
