Visitor Insights Reporting

Envysion retail customers leveraging Envysion Video Analytics people-counting capability to report on store traffic and conversion can leverage two key reports in the platform to review collected data:

• Traffic – This report provides daily totals of customer inflows and outflows filterable by direction. By default this report shows inflows of customers, which can guide managers to making smarter decisions about when to have floor staff available to serve customers.
• Store Conversion – This report puts daily people counting outflow totals into the context of store performance by reporting on traffic alongside transactions, conversion rate, and average transaction amount. This report can be used to identify strong operational performer in terms of sales conversion, from those achieving revenue targets through higher attachment rates and larger basket sizes.

Traffic data is also exportable or retrievable via API, to fifteen-minute granularity. Contact your Sales Engineer for more information.
