Panic Buttons Battery Replacement Procedure

From time to time, the buttons will need to have their batteries replaced. When this happens, we recommend replacing the batteries as soon as possible.

Please contact Envysion Technical Support before proceeding to replace the batteries. (Failure to contact Envysion Technical support may result in false alarms)

• Envysion Support will advise you to remove the rear cover by using a PH#000 (1.5mm Diameter) Phillips screwdriver.

• Separate the rear cover from the main unit locate the ICCID, and provide the last 5 digits to the technical support rep for button verification. (The ICCID is a number consisting of 19 to 22 digits, all of which are numbers. ie: 8942310721000918939 )
  

• Remove old batteries and Insert two(2) Non-rechargeable Alkaline AA batteries. (Recommended brands: Energizer or Duracell) 

• Place the rear cover back and ensure that the screw is securely tightened
• Mount the button
• Envysion Technical Support will test the button’s functionality with the Panic Alarm Contacts
