System Health Mobile Push Notifications
Overview
Envysion proactively monitors your equipment and notifies you of hardware issues so you can resolve them before they impact your security operations.
- Proactive Outage Alerts: Get notified directly on your mobile device if a camera, EnVR, sensor, or panic button goes offline or becomes impaired.
- Direct Event Diagnostics: Every alert links directly to the Hardware Events page, allowing you to quickly check device history, troubleshoot, and investigate.
- Set Up Your Own Notifications: Each user needs to set up their own notifications, so you will only receive alerts for the notifications you want to receive.
How to get started:
- Update your Mobile App: Download the latest version of the Envysion app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Enable Push Notifications: In your phone’s system settings, ensure push notifications are enabled for the Envysion app.
- Subscribe to Health Events: In the Envysion app, go to notification settings under your username (as shown with the arrow in the image below) and toggle on Hardware Event.
