Self-Verification Workflow (Mobile)

If a mobile user is subscribed to mobile push notifications, whenever a new motion alarm event occurs they will receive a push notification on their phone.

Clicking it navigates the users immediately into the Envysion mobile app to review footage in the mobile video player. 

There are a few actions they can do here.

• Watch the recording: pause/resume video, scroll video back and forward.
• Verify the event as “Threat” or “No Threat” by clicking representative buttons based on what happens on the recording. 

After event verification the chosen status is set accordingly and the user see a confirmation banner on the top of the screen, with the possibility of creating screenshots and clips to easily share the information with other employees if necessary. 

In case, user makes a mistake, while verifying the status of the event, they also have an option to change the status themselves or it can be also done by another approved user.
