Integrations:
Local RTSP Video Integration – For Integrated Customers
This documentation is for Envysion account administrators who need to authorize an integration partner to access local video feeds.
Managing Access
As the domain administrator, you remain in full control of who can access your video locally.
Integration limits: You may create up to 5 unique integrations per camera channel. Each integration will generate two URLs – one for DNS, one for IP. The integration partner will inform you of their URL they require.
- DNS URL: This is the default URL your partner will likely use, unless they do not support RTSP URLs that use a domain name.
- IP address: If using the IP address, the EnVR should be configured with a static IP address either by EnVR configuration or by assigning the EnVR a static IP from the DHCP server.
Generating an Integration URL
To provide a local feed to an integration partner, follow these steps in the Envysion Web App:
- Select the desired Site
- Navigate to the Site settings
- Select the desired camera channel
- Click Settings, then select Integrations
- Under Local RTSP Integrations, click Add new integration
- The system will provide two unique RTSP links.
- Copy the appropriate URL and provide it to your integration partner.
Note: This documentation covers local LAN support only. Accessing these feeds over the internet or via HTTP is not supported under the standard local integration profile.
