This integrated solution provides real-time alerts, detailed event information, and seamless access to associated video footage, empowering users to proactively address potential threats, improve safety, and create a more positive environment for customers and employees.

How does it work?

The HALO sensor integration works by connecting HALO sensors to our appliances and mapping specific cameras to different event types. When a HALO sensor detects an event (e.g., aggression, vaping, environmental anomaly), the system transforms the event into a standardized alert and triggers a mobile push notification to designated personnel. Tapping on the notification provides instant access to the event details and synchronized video footage, allowing users to quickly assess the situation and take appropriate action. In addition, reports can be generated to track and analyze HALO events over time.
