Creating Users and Passwords

Create Users

1. Log into the envysion account for the domain (e.g. envysion@yum.com)
2. Navigate to the Site
3. Click Site Settings
4. Click Envysion Local
5. Click the Create new local user icon in the upper right corner
6. Fill out the following fields (all fields are required).
   ■ Local Username: Ask the user what their desired username is
   ■ First Name: User’s first name (can just use “Manager” if they do not wish to provide it)
   ■ Last Name: User’s last name (can just use “Manager” if they do not wish to provide it)
   ■ Password: Ask the user what their desired password is (must contain at least 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 special character)
7. Click the Submit button and confirm the user is able to log in.

Change Password

It is not possible to view or change a Local user’s password. If a user has forgotten their Local password, delete the user and follow the steps above to create a new user.
